    The place was enchanting and had kind and perfect staff when my wife's wheelchair broke, really enjoyed the stay. The restaurant here was great with nice lobby and good quality restaurant, I both ordered excellent dishes. There was a nice. The room was tidy, the location was awesome central👍🙂

    Surprisingly big rooms, especially compared to other hotels in Japan. The location is very good for those coming in jr trains because its directly connected to the jr train station. Its a 15 minute walk to Nara Park, or you can take the bus from the station next to the hotel. If we go back to Nara, we would definitely stay there again.

    Excellent location next to the train station. The air conditioning wasn't particularly good and switches sparked. Happy hour drinks available at the lounge.

    No wifi, but wired internet is available. Bike rental should be for free given the price of this hotel.

    The location near the station made it easy to transport our luggage and access major attractions with minimal effort. The staff were really good, arranged an early check-in, a lifesaver for my senior parents. Although the infrastructure felt outdated and could use a deep clean, the sheets and bathroom were clean. I also appreciated the complementary lounge offering wine and sake. The breakfast buffet was another highlight.

    The hotel is willing to change room for us, and the staff taking care of this is quite nice.

    The furniture are terribly old and worn, considering that we have to pay 15000 yen for a single night excluding breakfast and everything. The ventilation is poor, because the air con is weak and the fan in the washroom is not even working. I called the reception desk for this ventilation problem and they divert my line twice (which means I have to repeat three times the problem I encountered). They are willing to change the room, but it becomes a twin room instead of the double room we originally reserved. Generally speaking the hotel is not bad, but it simply doesn't worth the money.

    Honestly no reason to complain. Ideal traditional hotel with courteous staff when my wife's wheelchair broke. Marvellous and brilliant location, short way from everywhere. Absolutely superb continental breakfast - exceptional selection.
